ยิ่งหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับทรัพย์นั้นๆ ได้อยอะมากเท่าไร ยิ่งเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ ในกรณีที่สามารถขายได้สุงกว่า ราคาที่ตกลงไว้ในสัญญา นายหน้าจะได้รับเงินส่วนเกิน

5. รูปแบบของสัญญาอย่างเข้างวด

อย่างเช่น “ห้ามมิให้นายหน้าผู้อื่นเป้นตัวแทนเด็ดขาด” ในระยะเวลาที่ตกลงว่าจ้าง เป็นต้น

6. พยายามหานายทุน

ถ้าเรารู้จักกับนายทุนที่พร้อมที่จะลงทุนในอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ก็จะช่วยเพิ่มโอหาสในการขายได้เพิ่มขึ้น

8. เทคนิกการซื้อขาย

อยู่กับประสบการณ์ และ แผนการของแต่ละคน อาจจะรวมที่ดินหลายๆ แปลงเพื่อกล่อยขายทีเดียว หรือ แบ่งที่ดินแปลงใหญ่ให้เหลือแปลงเล็กๆ เพื่อความรวดเร็วในการขาย
